Personal Information Collection Statement
| 1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection |

- All personal data collected in the application forms of the school, including name, mobile number, email address, correspondence address will only be used for processing the admission. This information may be made accessible by the authorized staff for handling. After completion of the application procedure, information of unsuccessful applicants provided will be disposed.
| 2. In accordance of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the right: |

- to check if HKUGA Primary School holds his/her data;
- to request a copy of such data;
- to require HKUGA Primary School to correct any of the personal data which is accurate.
- Sufficient information will need to be provided to establish identity, otherwise HKUGA Primary School will have no option but to shall refuse to comply with the request.
