Submitting Reply Slips

Submitting reply slips
  • For the convenience of parents, notice will be given out every Thursday while reply slips and cheque should be submitted on or before Wednesday.
  • In addition to notice given out on every Thursday, a "Monthly Notice" will be released to summarize major school functions in near future and important issue. 
  • School notice will be uploaded to the school intranet under Campus Zone > eNotice(http://eclass.hkugaps.edu.hk).
  • In order to build up sense of responsibility in students, the following arrangement will be made for late submission of reply slips without reasonable causes.
  • Regarding purchase, students will be required to buy the relevant item by themselves.
  • Regarding enrollment to courses or activities, late applications will not be accepted.
