Parent / Guardian please submit in-person the required documents and application fee to the School General Office.
(Office hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday; 9:00am-12:00pm Saturday; Closed on Sunday and public holidays)
* Our school will not accept any additional documents.
