Welcome to the HKUGA Primary School! I am truly honoured to be the leader of this vibrant and supportive community dedicated to nurturing the minds and hearts of our young learners.

At HKUGA Primary School, we firmly believe in the importance of whole person development, which encompasses not only academic excellence but also the cultivation of virtues and character. Our school motto, "Strive for Virtue, Quest for Truth," serves as a guiding principle for our educational philosophy. We aim to instill in our students a sense of responsibility and a spirit of kindness, emphasising the significance of individual well-being alongside the collective well-being of our community as well as our country.

In today’s rapidly changing world, it is essential for our students to be prepared to embrace future challenges. We recognise that developing responsibility and fostering a sense of love and kindness are crucial for their growth. These qualities not only contribute to their personal development but also enhance the fabric of our society. By working together, we will empower our children to become compassionate leaders who care for themselves and others.

To achieve our vision, we will focus on a core foundation that includes Inquiry Learning, Positive Education, Adventure-based Life Education (ABLE), and Data Literacy. These elements will be integral to our curriculum, ensuring that our students are well-equipped for the journey ahead. We encourage our young learners to explore, question and learn in an engaging and meaningful way, preparing them for a bright future.

As we continue our collaboration with HKUGA College, guided by the Four Cornerstones, our through-train development model will provide a seamless educational experience that nurtures and supports our students from primary education through secondary school. We are committed to ensuring that our students not only excel academically but also develop the skills and values necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
