Dear guests and parents,
Bad weather arrangement for the School Promotion Seminar and Open Day (May 5, 2024)
- If the Red or Black rain signal is hoisted at 8:00am or after, the morning session activities will be cancelled.
- If the Red or Black rain signal is hoisted at 12:00noon or after, the afternoon session activities will be cancelled.
- All the activities will continue under the Yellow rain signal. Guests should make special considerations about the traffic condition and their safety.
- Regarding the unstable weather, please refer to our School website for updates, if necessary.
- Due to the road conditions near the school, we kindly request that you use public transportation to commute to the campus in order to ｍinimize the impact on local residents and traffic.
Arrangements for Open Day Activities and Primary One Briefing Session on May 5, 2024
Provided that the weather is stable and there are no severe weather warnings as mentioned above, the Open Day activities and Primary One Briefing Session will proceed as usual.
- Parents who hold tickets for the Open Days on May 4 and May 5 are welcome to visit our school on May 5, Sunday.
- Parents holding tickets for the Primary One Briefing Session on May 5 (morning) and (afternoon), please enter the school auditorium on time.
- Classrooms on 4/F and 5/F will be available for parents who hold tickets for the Primary One Briefing Session on May 4 (morning) and (afternoon) to watch the live video of the Briefing Session. As seats in the classroom are limited, this will be on a first-come-first serve basis.
- When the classrooms are full, parents who cannot enter the classroom can participate in our curriculum introduction and game booths/activities from G/F to 3/F.
