- For the convenience of parents, notice will be given out every Thursday while reply slips and cheque should be submitted every Monday.
- In addition to notice given out on every Thursday, a ‘Bimonthly Notice’ will be released to summarize major school functions in near future and important issue.
- School notice will be uploaded to the school intranet under Campus Zone > eNotice(http://eclass.hkugaps.edu.hk ).
- In order to build up sense of responsibility in students, the following arrangement will be made for late submission of reply slips without reasonable causes.
- Regarding purchase, students will be required to buy the relevant item by themselves.
- Regarding enrollment to courses or activities, late applications will not be accepted.
